2.2I worked in field sales and can say that Dyson does not pay nearly what other companies do, but you do get a Jeep Patriot for work travel that you can pay $100/mo to use for personal driving as well. The company culture was poor compared to where I have worked previously. No one on my team even spoke to each other. My manager said this was a good thing because we could all figure things out for ourselves us sharing ideas (which is what most teams are encouraged to do, for good reason).
3.4Focus more on the people, thats Dysons biggest asset. Check the pulse more often; knowing what your employees think and feel can be valuable in making sure that your vision is supported by their actions
