"I have worked for Dynata for 8 years. Overall it is a great company with great people. The bones of the company are fantastic but it appears there is some lack of focus from leadership. Since being purchase by a PE firm decisions are not necessarily made in the best interest of the employees and clients. For as long as the company has been around processes and tools seem to be lucky which impacts the level of service provided."
