"Working for Dynamic Rugs is nothing short of a learning experience. Given the breadth and reach of the company, the staff takes on a lot of responsibility – there is never time to just twiddle your thumbs or watch the clock and no two days are the same. This atmosphere is definitely for people who can take initiative and not work in silos – it’s a rapidly growing company and things are fast-paced. Given the reach and breadth of the company, there is a lot to get out of it (both in terms of learning and professional experience and growth), but, that being said, you get out of it only as much as you’re willing to put in. I also enjoyed the “team” feeling of it all. It’s a family-run company and despite the international reach of the company, the staff size is relatively small, so everyone helps each other out. It makes coming into work not feel so much like work but rather, like a team project"
