"Get an insurance and retirement plan for the employees or make sure you are covered for any injuries."

"Have your own tools and label them. Make sure you arrive on time if not before the starting time.Have your lunch available for areas that might not have a place to go eat."

"No benefits, No Bonuses and much traveling. I didn't have steady work hours and may have to go back to a site to make sure that workers compiied with the client's needs."

"Enforce the workers to use the Proper PPE while working at client's site. Make sure that all tools are available to get the job done."
