"I started working with this company in hopes to move up, worked as hard as I possibly could and never moved up. Company work ethic is not so good, my previous supervisor always had a power trip and would verbally abuse me and other co-workers. Stressful working environment with low compensation for doing the job of 3 people. Lack of value toward employees."

"A family owned company which has a niche in specialty shape memory alloys.The company acts like it wants to expand, but sets a limit on 49 employees max to remain a small company and not be required to offer employee either retirement nor medical benefits.It is probably a good company for about 18 months for a first job, but it's entirely managed by family, and there is no room for advancement."

"Prepare. you have a test. President likes to talk. Willing to listen"

"Too small. Mean coworkers. Not very friendly. Horrible wage drags you down"

"Give people what they deserve. Stop being cheap with tools/order."
