"They will make you you believe there is room to grow. There isn't."
What don't you like about working at Dye Into Print?
"There are no incentives other than a paycheck. I do not have a desk, I have old counter-top propped up on filing cabinets. It is quite embarrassing. Little to no acknowledgement by the owner of what I actually do here everyday. He is less than interested. Lack of respect for some of the people here by the owner and some co workers. That makes me uncomfortable. You have to plead for updated software & equipment required to keep up with our competition."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Loosen the wallet and pay attention to your employees needs. We are your bread and butter"
