"I was given a very adequate amount of autonomy."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Don't put all of your eggs in one basket. And should you work overtime, be sure you are compensated for it. Don't consider it a gift, it might not be returned."

What don't you like about working at Dulles Staffing?

"I was placed at a company where a full-time position was all but promised upon completion of a 10-week interim term. Upon completion, I was let go from the company I was temping with for reasons of not being a team player. During the time I was there, the only 2 other people in my department quit and I assumed all of the workload. I came to find out that within a month of my termination, the company closed it's Virginia branch. Dulles Staffing would not allow me to do any further work for them due to the report given by the company."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would recommend that you give your employees the occasional benefit of the doubt. You lost an excellent employee."
