What don't you like about working at Duke Manufacturing?
"Where should I start. Upper management ran the place like a concentration camp and continually degraded the insurance. They were not the least bit flexible or understanding. They were not open to new ideas of any kind. Probably by far the worst place I have ever worked. I spent better days working fast food while in college."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"First compensate your people adequtely. Second provide decent health benifits for your employees. Be open to being flexible when possible, I know its not always possible, but when I worked there none existed unless you were related to upper management. Lastly trust your employees to come up with ways to better your company. They will provide great insight into improving your company."
