Continual disregard for policy and employee well being made employee turn over very fast. The average time any one spent with our location was about 9 months."

"The hours changing after they hired you, not telling you up front that it was 12 hour shifts, six days a week. The duties were changed as they wanted to fix the needs of certian foremans."

"Publish everything about the job in the posting, Let the employees know what is expected of them before they start."

"The company doesn't supply the manpower, assets or monetary compensation necessary to do the job properly. Employees are continually shorted on paychecks and denied opportunities clearly provided for in company policy."

"Take care of your employees! No matter the site or locatio, take care of your employees and they will take care of you!"
