What do you like about working at Drummond Co.?
"Relaxed atmosphere, latest technology and software upgrades. Given clothing and a consistant 4-5% anual raise. Travel to mine site in company jet."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Its a great place to work. Jasper AL is not a town for everyone though. It is a small town the mall is small outdated needs upgrading. Most of the common stores and restaurants are there though. Housing is cheap compared to most citys."
What don't you like about working at Drummond Co.?
"Worked seemed to me to go at a slower pace than what I was acustomed to. Ideal if you are a lazy person, but I liked to be overloaded or at least know what to do next when I finish a job."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Management was good. The only thing is that Management would often be in Colombia at the mine site and busy with work there and sometimes forgets to check up with what is going on at the office in Alabama."

"Disassociated senior management, social cliques among middle management and select employees, poor vision for growth."
