"The trucks were old, building and yard was nasty. It was hard to contact any managers when there was an issue."

"They need to take better care of their drivers and not clock out and go home at 4:59 pm."

"Job security, and they are flexible if you need time off. And the work is very easy."

"PC Richard is a decent company to work for, job security is very important, but there are definitely chinks in the armor."

"I wish the money was better, and the benefits could be slightly better. Certain managers need to do a much better job of managing their workers."

"Ownership needs to do a lot more in terms of their attitude towards management. They need much more positive feedback, encouragement higher salaries, and some additional training."

"I really enjoyed working with my coworkers. I also had plenty of time to work on my school work."

"Just be honest and have a good availability. They are almost always hiring for driving positions."

"They pay was not worth it on some nights but it was a good job to work in the mean time."

"The way they paid their drivers may have been illegal and some nights I left with no money in my pocket."

"The other drivers very friendly and willing to help out their fellow trucker even if that other trucker is a woman"

"Think twice, do you homework, and check out other options. many more options out there than you can imagine."

"The cussing by instructors, field trainers, phase trainers, and higher staff. Being lied to and on the road trainers sleeping rather than doing their job, like they told the company they wanted to do."

"go to school and get work related skills on how to treat students and employees, and the families of the employees"
What don't you like about working at Pep Boys Auto?
"Not the type of work I am used to doing. Cars are not my thing, computers are."

"It's hard to suggest anything to management because the ones who need suggestions are the corporate employees."

"Be a leader, not a follower. Show that you stand out among the crowd of the everyday drivers. Understand that the customer service is vital to the success for the business and that it is our main priority."
What don't you like about working at Safeway?
"Not a good place for career advancement. I have more schooling and training than most of my superiors. But it is all about who you know, not what you know. Only way to move up is if someone in higher position leaves. This is all for Safeway.com, not Safeway department stores."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"To give me an opportunity to lead. I am more than capable of the position because of my experience as a driver. I know little things that can make the company more efficient at meeting its goals."

"It was a simple interview so it could be for others."
