"I worked For Drive In Auto Sound for 3 1/2 years and loved my job. The pay was good and benefits were ok as well. The owners were great and helped the employees inside and outside of work. I wished I could have stayed but had to move out of state."
"Work directly with controlling, manipulative and extremely unprofessional CEO. Nothing is ever good enough. If he doesn't get his way he screams and yells at people until he does. Practices fear-based management. Will play mind games/office politics just to make a point. Turnover is high. Benefits are a very poor health plan, no dental/vision, 401K (not matched), 5 days paid vacation after 1 year employment. Prepare to eat sleep and breathe this place with no appreciation for the work you do."
"I worked for Drive-In Autosound for almost a year. The corporate office environment is nice. Everyone is nice and friendly. My direct supervisor was fantastic and we worked well together. The only thing is that I wasn't a huge fan of how the CEO treats the store employees and that he wasn't as open to ideas that weren't his. The benefits weren't that great. They offer health insurance and dental discount plan after 90 days. They don't do matching for 401K. PTO is 5 days after 1 year."
