"Unless you enjoy endless analysis without resolution and complete isolation from the market you are responsible for, walk away."

What don't you like about working at Dräger?

"The current attitude of senior management which has no regard for experience, loyalty or knowledge. Their idea that marketing must be done in a vacuum is not healthy for the company."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Product management can not be done in isolation. Removing our contact with sales and with the customer is nothing but detrimental. Situation analysis is great but at some point decisions have to be made."
