"There was a time when they had good people working at DRA however most have been fired - just prior to bonus time."

"Enough research on this company will show DRA to have very high turn-over and be a terrible career move. Any honest recruiter will tell you the same."

"Very uncomfortable and tense working environment. Partners are always very condescending. Absolute ZERO job security."

"No tips. Because if you are hired has nothing to do what will happen to you a year later. Your performance has nothing to do with their decision of keeping you."

"It is a job, not a career. It is not based on your performance."

"Needs structure of reporting and evaluating to and from the employees. There was good ideas but no execution and follow through."
