"Review and negotiate processes prior to taking on a portfolio that has very high expectations that you know that you will not be able to meet."

"You will be interviewing with three people, including upper management. Please be prepared to answer many different questions."

"The only thing I can say that I did not like about it was the fact that the Customer Service Dept was moved to Lake Zurich."

"I believe a longer Customer Service training program is essential in order to provide the best customer service possible."
