"I have worked for Dovenmuehle Mortgage Inc. (DMI) for 2.5 years in the Research Department. While I have learned a lot about the mortgage industry, I am disappointed in the lack of team support, knowledge, and training. Senior Management is always being changed which means guidelines and expectations are always changing. If you work hard, do your job and produce numbers, this job could be a good fit for you. If you are looking for more of a career than a job which includes better quality relationships from your mentors and leaders, encouragement for a job well done, you simply won't get it here."
