The IT department is full of pleasant hard working professionals. However, outside of the men and women who work hard to keep the IT infrastructure afloat, it is universal, whether the director, manager, or supervisor is internal or external, collaboration is tedious, and a consensus is hardly ever achieved. Unfortunately, even as an IT professional, you cannot help but get mired by the politics."
