What do you like about working at Regus?

"one of the very few positive things about my experience was getting to know and having to work with amazing clients. Also, some of the team members who are true hardworking professionals that are not appreciated and supported."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Do NOT subject yourself to this. No amount of money is worth going through the experience. Do NOT sell yourself short. In less than a year, at most, you will be very sorry for the choice you made."

What don't you like about working at Regus?

"The executive branch and decision makers are arogant, out of touch, unapproachable, and incompetent. The Human Resource department does nothing except hiring and firing. The communication is reduced to dictating orders to the field. There is no support for the team that are working very hard in the fields at each center. Working for Regus is nothing short of modern days slavery."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Wake up to reality. Learn how to manage with humility. Communicate. Your team in the field is your asset, treat them as such. Understand that HR's function goes beyond hiring and firing. Above all, STOP the ABUSE and DO NOT LIE."
