"Overall, the company is growing quickly, creating new ideas to keep with the times, and has smart and hard working people. The downside to this company is that the insurance is really bad, the compensation is low, and the company isn't run like a modern company. A lot of the handbook rules and regulations are designed by somebody with a management style from the 1980s. If you like cut and dry rules, with no flexibility, lower than average compensation, and little room for growth, Dolbey is for you."
