"I was at this location for a year and with in that year I worked my way up from a Canine Coach to a AM. They have no clue especially the crazy wife. The husband has a bit of a brain but he is never there. If he was he wouldn’t have much staff because he isn’t polite. The wife on the other hand is there a lot to do what I have no idea. She loves to talk about her customers good or bad mostly bad. She doesn’t have the managers back when it comes to the staff. When you have your Manager saying the Asst manager works harder than them and you offer 12.75 on salary. Oh and did I mention she gave me a raise that was required by law. The staff is so over worked and there is no repeat because the owner wants to be involved in everything and can’t let go and just trust her manager can run it."
