"The equipment were state of the art and most of the Surgeons were at the top of their game. They were congenial and were in the habit of teaching the staff."

"Yes, determine who are the power players and makers and develop a good working professional relationship with them."

What don't you like about working at Doctors Medical Center?

"There was too much infighting among the staff. In addition, it seems that the staff had a dislike for Travelers."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"The Management has changed since I last work there. Management should have more workshops and staff meetings on the needs and benefits of Travellers and Per Diem employees. Moreover, staff should be sent on Conferences within their respective disciplines."
