"I learned a lot about different part of the business by getting crossed trained in all departments."

"I sold that there was a lot of room for growth at Yellow and in the end they ended up down sizing."

"Everything, Company is going under!!Since combining Yellow and Roadway they are firing all of the yellow employees!!!!!!!!! Roadways computer system is from the 1970's, Yellow was very up to date. But of course they kept it in the 70's so that all of the roadway management had a clue! Well maybe a little..."

"REALIZE YOU HAVE PEOPLE AND NOT ROBOTS WORKING FOR THE COMPANY"
What do you like about working at FedEx?
"Working for FedEx National LTL was not a good experience. The only good benefit, was that we now have the weekends off, because the terminal was closed on the weekend."

"Be prepared not to have any personal or family life."
What don't you like about working at FedEx?
"It got away from the individual, personal, and family environment that Watkins had. The environment was not a positive one, and you walked on eggs at work."

"Why, every attempt that was made to address issues or concerns were brushed aside, and treated as an insult to them."
