"The benefits and the pay were pretty good. Plus it was new."

"I would look else where and find a better paying job."
What don't you like about working at Caterpillar?
"They were only concerned about their bottom line. There was not enough equipment to do the job."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Get more equipment to do the job and pay the associates more."

"There was no opportunities to change shifts. Rasises and or bounses were never given out."

"I would suggest that candidates know what skills they want to obtain to advance themselves at R&L and set goals to obtain those skills."

"After attaining the position of Dock Supervisor, there is limited future opportunity."

"I make suggestions regarding freight management to upper management daily. However, I would suggest that the company work with employees more on obtaining skills and discussing career pathing with employees."
