Management is calling people inviting them to apply for positions because the applicant pool is so low.
We cannot attract or retain people. We have interim Deans (failed national searches) with extended contracts and temps for secretaries and other staff positions.
Management cannot be trusted, supervisors regularly harass or avoid/exclude people they don't like.

3.8It was a fantastic place to volunteer and grow as a person. I taught game design using the Unity and Godot game engines, which is a fantastic way for college students to pick up the fundamentals of game design. I was mostly my own supervisor, reporting only the success or failure of the workshops.
