What do you like about working at DNP International?

"My associates were very nice and very competent. The products we sold were interesting. The work I did, when allowed to do my job was very interesting and required a lot of creativity and talent. The hours were not overly demanding, in fact they were very reasonable."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"They should be prepared to work for a company, where creativity isgreatly discouraged. They should be willing and eager to embrace every idea that management has regardless of their own good ideas and creative concepts. They should never even think of being late or leaving early no matter what the reason."

What don't you like about working at DNP International?

"The manager I worked had a difficult personality, was not always respectful of other people regarding their work or talents. There was far too much interference with every day tasks. While I think the Manager was very hard working, I think more could have been accomplished if there was less interference on a daily basis."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"There needs to be more of a willingness to allow people to do the jobs, which they were hired to do. When a manager suggests new, interesting and creative ideas, they should be considered instead of immediately discredited. There should be more flexibility with regard to other employees ideas."
