What don't you like about working at DMC Corp.?
"There is no direction from upper management. The communication within the organization is terrible and no one knows what anyone is working on making it impossible to figure out even your own responsibilities."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would run weekly status meetings to ensure everyone is on track with their projects. I'd greet everyone with a smile each morning and ask them how their weekend was on Monday. I would allow my employees to do their work on their own terms but let them know that I there to help them through every step if they need me, and will also offer clear cut guidance and direction on every project I assign them."
