"I liked the fact that casual attire was allowed and that the company was very forward thinking when it came to technical innovations."

"I have no real suggestions; however I would recommend you acquaint yourself with the Agile development process."

"I didn't like that the stress level around the office was almost always high."

"I would encourage them to engage and support all their subordinates rather than just a select few."

"We are stuck in the status quo and need to change rapidly."

"The culture they represent is a fraud. It's like walking into another world. Managers surround themselves with yes-men and everyone is worried about themselves."

"I'd start listening to the truth from the employees, have first hand knowledge of what's going on and ideas to fix it."

"I liked the team I worked on and the people I worked with. I liked the Wellness Program. I liked making training material."

"I would tell them to leave and work somewhere else."

"No one took lunch breaks. No overtime pay. Hated sitting at a desk all day long. Everyone was super stressed and overworked. No performance reviews. No one seemed very happy with their job."

"Give performance reviews, give incentives to work, give overtime, make sure people take lunch breaks."

"The managers are very understanding and the hours are flexible. Some of the people are fun."

"I am bored and not challenged. I have barely any guidance. I was not properly taught how to do my job."

"Allocate time better. Focus on individual employees needs. Hire more staff."
