I would suggest that the rooms where there is a lot of phone activity like the RMA Room and Tech Support have more sound proof material to drown out the sound while people are talking

2.2 DLink has a cultural problem. They do not listen to the customer, look to satisfy consumer needs and look for long term solutions or business practices. Reactionary and without their own strategy, they look to sell things ASAP regardless if they are ready to go to market or not. (Marketing wise or QA wise) Not a good work environment.
