What do you like about working at Diversified Adjustment Service?

"The people that work here are great including the management. I love the flex schedules, free parking, contest, and the PTO is great. If you work hard and are a good collector you make real good money! I have worked at several other collection agencies and Diversified Adjustment is the best one -I finally found a permanent career here, not just a job. They mandate you be ethical and not abusive but I like that because everybody is happier at work. They have lots of collectors that have been there for years and years (many over 5-10 years) which immediately told me this was gonna be a good company to work for."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Be out going with good communication skills. You must pass a drug test and can't have any criminal record or they won't hire you."

What don't you like about working at Diversified Adjustment Service?

"I can't wear jeans every day only Fridays. I wish I could wear jeans everyday."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Can't think of anything now, maybe allow employees to wear jeans everyday."
