"I've worked for Diversey for 2-1/2 years, as that is how old the company is. It is a spin-off from Sealed Air Corporation. In 2015 Sealed Air bought Intellibot Robotics, the company I worked for. Diversey is now owned by Bane Capital Private Equity whose focus is an attractive balance sheet each quarter, with the intention to sell or take public Diversey within a 5-year window -- and half of that has passed. Therefore, the innovation in the autonomous floor care machine market does not fit with their model, so they shut us down after slowing starving us for a year and a half. I have nothing positive to say about Diversey as a company, but great things to say about the people I've worked with. I guess that shows the strong divide between leadership and the people who make the company happen."
