"Great start when Sealed Air. Bane Capital took over and really got the ball moving on investment in the Company. Team had management change, Deaf leading the Blind. Good luck on a positive atmosphere, management will not stand up for its field employees unless employee deploys apology lip service. Lots of favoritism and push to provide sales that the field service rep cannot per-cure and is at mercy of the third party distributor. Cronyism. Most customers are hostile and negative, due to company relations, despite all contract accounts are free service calls no matter if Diversey related, and despite how well tech treats client sites. Company has oppressive work order and GPS system."

"I've worked for Diversey for 2-1/2 years, as that is how old the company is. It is a spin-off from Sealed Air Corporation. In 2015 Sealed Air bought Intellibot Robotics, the company I worked for. Diversey is now owned by Bane Capital Private Equity whose focus is an attractive balance sheet each quarter, with the intention to sell or take public Diversey within a 5-year window -- and half of that has passed. Therefore, the innovation in the autonomous floor care machine market does not fit with their model, so they shut us down after slowing starving us for a year and a half. I have nothing positive to say about Diversey as a company, but great things to say about the people I've worked with. I guess that shows the strong divide between leadership and the people who make the company happen."
