"I've worked for Diversant since the fall of 2018. The company has a decent pay and commission structure but has absolutely no room for mobility. I worked in the Direct Hire practice where there is a lot of stress and pressure to hit high quotas. Though these quotas are obtainable, it was made clear that if you didn't hit your numbers within 90 days, you would be terminated. The culture is very cut-throat but the people in production roles are easy to get along with and are always around to help."
