"I enjoyed working with my manager and my agents. I enjoyed helping the agents grow their business and in turn helping grow the office revenue."

"Great people to work with they truly care about their people."

"I would have liked to have had a little more say in what would work in my market. The office were cookie cutter but in a changing environment it was difficult to move fast if change was needed."

"Inefficiency to carry out good service to clients, lack of structure/procedures, lack of communication, upper management has too many responsibilites per person and no accountability expectations."
