What do you like about working at Disneyland?

"I enjoyed being an artist for the Disney Company, as it was my dream from childhood. Creating new shows and events, and integrating for a family environment was quite rewarding."

"Have a solid, diverse portfolio with not only graphic design, but illustration and some sculpting. Try to be as creative as possible."

What don't you like about working at Disneyland?

"The only problem I might have had was a slight problem with some micromanaging."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"There should be more of a focus on creativity, with a careful eye on budget as well."
