"The benefits were unbelievable, and my fellow employees and managers were supportive and highly skilled. There was a great deal of consistency, and no one was ever left wondering about what was expected of them."

"Let them know that you respect and value the magic. Having a job with security and benefits in today's economy is a blessing, and they need to know that you understand that."

What don't you like about working at Disneyland?

"I didn't like the union."
