"As a Musician at Disneyland, I have had a great experience overall. The salary is competitive and fair, and the benefits package is comprehensive. Management is supportive, and the work environment is both fun and professional. The job can be demanding at times, but it is also rewarding to be part of such an iconic brand. Overall, I would recommend working as a Musician at Disneyland."

"Fixing Rides, saving Lives and making Children happy! I’ve known adventures, seen places you will never see, seen things you wouldn’t believe. I’ve been Off-world and back… frontiers! Attack ships on fire off the shoulder of Batuu, bright as magnesium… I rode on the back decks of a blinker and watched C-beams glitter in the dark near the Tannhäuser Gate. I’ve felt wind in my hair, riding test boats off the Galaxy's Edge and seen an attack fleet burn like a match and disappear. I’ve seen it, felt it…! All those moments will be lost in time, like tears in rain."

"Working for parks and resorts is amazing! There is lots of room for lateral movement as well as working your way up the ladder. Benefits are competitive and there is plenty of helpful material available to help you along your way. Disney is great about working with your schedule for personal life and school, and recently started offering college courses at no cost to you.You hear a lot about Cast Members not being able to afford to live, but you also have to take into account that most of these are part time Cast Members fighting against the extreme cost of living in California. I know. I have been there at the bottom of the ladder, only getting a few hours a week, but I picked up every shift I could, and reached out to try and find a better role and once I converted to full time, a ton of opportunities opened up. I am now full time, full benefits and still can't afford to live in California. All in all, I highly recommend working here, but you have to take initiative to move up and forward."

"The paycheck is the only perk of this job. Management sucks, there is no budget for maintenance, and overall it a terrible place to work."
