"It is mostly college interns and part-timers. It is hard to support yourself fully on this job. It is more of a fun job."

"I did an internship with Disney over the course of 6 months and I believe it allowed me to create the building blocks I needed to have a firm foundation and future in my career. "Great place to work if you can actually get hired full-time. Unfortunately, since the economic downturn of 2009, Disney relies mainly on contractors and temps. I believe one statistic I heard (unverified) is at approximately half of the 50,000 people at Walt Disney World are temps or contractors."
