"None needed. Clean background, a willingness to work hard and long hours in uncomfortable post disaster locations, able to manage people who have been traumatized by natural disaster, and able to learn and follow directions. Be prepared for those directions to change several times in a day."
What don't you like about working at PaRR Inspections?
"Time away from family, consistent time pressure to perform, sometimes very harsh living conditions"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"STOP REQUIRING NUMERIOUS ITTERATIONS OF THE SUBMITTING OF BACKGROUND INFESTIGATION INFORMATION. 4-5 TIMES WITHIN 6 MONTHS IS WAY TOO MUCH!"
