"During my time with the company, I have found it to be very difficult to work as a team. While making suggestion for improvement, every turn was a dead end. No team effort from management. No meetings to discus new orders, changes, and improvement. Company's way of performing was to dive head in first without seeing how shallow or deep is the water.
