"Just be good at what you do. Thats with any job! lol"

"too many decision makers nothing gets done!"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I cant say for sure, please understand that as the developer there, I had a much better experience than people on the sales floor, I'm sure it was very cutthroat for them, but for me, great place to be. (when you're good at what you do)"
