"The mid level managers and staff were competent and resourceful. My peer group put forth great effort to make the company a success."

What don't you like about working at Polivec?

"Upper management had no clear idea of the product or recognized the value to the market place. They suffered from it wasn't invented here issues. When trying to create a new product they refused to incorporate the best from the original."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Listen to the subject matter experts, don't hire buddies and understand the marketplace. The original Polivec product was an excellent package that could have evolved into to a market winner!"
