"Be conservative and honest. The two older brothers (both in their 70s) are old farm boys and appreciate loyalty and dedication."

"The company is owned by two family trusts, and most of the company's big decisions are made by the two old brothers who own the trusts."

"Hire competent, business-savvy personnel to exercise operational control so company revenues can experience explosive growth in this niche market."
