"Fun work But the execs are too busy telling you how to do your job and not listening to you for recommendations on how to improve the workflow."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"get your money coming in otherwise you will NEVER see what you are worth. If you are there a year that is truly a FEAT. expect to be there 6 months to a yr max...."
What don't you like about working at Totsy?
"Everyone thinks they are the boss, no matter their title. The owner even fired his long time friend to get ahead with the investors.... some loyalty."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"open your eyes, listen to the employees and ask for input on what they think is wrong."
