"Medium size with a big computer network. Many things to learn. Not much overhead. Dynamic environment. Provide job trainings."

"No. The company was sold and will be closing down at the end of 2012."

"too far. I have to drive 55 miles to go to work."

"Not much. I think the management team did their best to stay in business."

"Nothing is as it seems - don't trust management, as they have layoffs. Unless you are golfing with the CEO, you are always at risk of losing your job."

"Sink or swim attitude and philosophy."

"Mentor and coach better - you have great employees... invest in them whilst setting expectations."

"Go somewhere else if you have any other options."
What don't you like about working at Hiscall?
"Uses religion and and supposed religious beliefs to manipulate employees and customers. The golden rule only applies when it benefits the owner and his family.The company is carrying employees who are detrimental to the company as management employees simply because they are family members. Job security is completely dependent on how the owner/co owner (wife) happens to feel about you that week. Unpredictable personality swings at the top frequently throw the companies management off base. You can expect internal policy course changes every 60 - 90 days, regardless of progress."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Exclusive of the family, for the rest of you,you know how it is and there is nothing you can do about it, much less say anything. I'm sorry."
