"I enjoyed the small business environment where decisions and actions can happen quickly and with ease. Also, if I wanted to learn more about another position or take on more responsibility I could without stepping on anyone's feet."

"At some point you reach a point where you cannot grow any further. As the company owners would like the company to stay small."

"The company has a good reputation for good customer service and an excellent following by some of their past customers."

"Try to clarify the job description and expectation as much as possible to get a clearer picture of what you will get into."

"The culture is not conducive for open collaboration and job functions are not well defined."

"Need to adopt a culture of a US corportion and act less like a small entrepreneur."

"The people are fabulous. We pride ourselves to give excellent customer help and service. The store design was great and interactive."

"The company cannot adjust their business model to the trend. The emerging of internet diminished the need for great customer service and advice."

"Hind sight is 20/20. The company was too late to endorse e-commerce. There is no room for a regional audio video specialty chain."
