"I love that every day is different, meaning that there is always something going on with a building or grounds, and it presents challenges that I overcome and feel good about it. The thing I hate about it is that if a problem comes up and I do not have the proper tools or equipment to fix it right away."

"get everything in writing and always work for the people and not for just the pay"

"it changing due to upper management and it going to continue"

"if you have to change and it for money reason try to think that the people that work for you may love what they do and may need the job to maybe take a pay cut to stay were they are"

"No compenstation for the extra overtime, payroll never on scheduale."

"The owner to not pit employees against one another, purposely."
