What do you like about working at Atria Senior Living Group?
"The people living at atria are so different and lived the lives and times most read about in history talking with even just one of them a day was a wonderful thing."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Ask Ask Ask Ask Ask. Then get it in writing. The management are only looking at money they paint whatever picture you wana see to get you in the door then hope you will stay because of the poor job market."
What don't you like about working at Atria Senior Living Group?
"To many untested micro managers brought threw a fish bowl type farming system then thrown to the wolves. Too much focus on the persons money reather then the person living there."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Get true trained proven managers not childeren just out of college that claim they can do the job but have no experence doing it other then the limited training provided. A true focus on teamwork not a pass the buck as it is now."

"Senior management was the best I have ever worked with, the company genuinely cared about each and every employee regardless of their position. The hours and annual compensation was great. I was given complete access to any and all tools I needed to succeed."

"Just be yourself. The Management is very intuitive and down to earth."
What don't you like about working at Huntington Culinary?
"Nothing really. If I had to pick one thing I would say that at times the pace was a little slow and I found myself wanting more challenging things to do."

"We need to advertise more but it was hard because we could not get the public to come in eat because it was private."

"Remember that sometimes you have very, very early mornings and sometimes very late nights. Also you have to be able to improvise, if you don't have certain resource avialble for an event you have to be able to find something that you can make work for you."
