"Cut people at will, upper management did not give a rip about you as a person. Senior top managers CEO,CFO, Chairman of the board find ways to take vast amounts of money out of the company and enrich themselves while keeping most employees below market wages."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"realize that the front-line managers and workers are the ones doing the actual work and know what they are doing for the most part."
