"I enjoyed the challenges and opportunities to work with world leading Tier 1 Mobile Carriers such at AT&T, Verizon, Sprint, and others. I can honestly say there was nothing that I hated about my job."

"I started as just an internet sales rep. I advanced very quickly into a management role where upper management discovered my technology skills. I was able to think outside the box to create new ways of obtaining business. New email templates and email marketing strategies that I have created have significantly increased business. Downside, the hours and lack of further advancement."

What do you like about working at Smyth Retail Systems?
"I love my coworkers and the culture, and the flexibility in hours."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"The work environment here is very relaxed, so if you want a great deal of structure at your place of employment, it might not be the right job for you. Hours are flexible so you can take care of personal business (i.e. children, transportation problems), but you will be expected to get your job done. Some overtime may be required, depending on your position, but comp time is always granted and with most positions you will have the ability to work from home."
What don't you like about working at Smyth Retail Systems?
"My relationship with my boss has deteriorated and my job responsibilities have gone in a direction that I am neither comfortable with nor qualified for."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Management beyond the owner/CEO of the company is in good shape (it's a very small company). Beyond that, many of the problems I have with the owner/CEO are of a personal nature."
What do you like about working at Premier Automotive Group?
"I like the flexibility they offer me to do my job and the ability to be held responsible for the output and performance. It allows me to take pride in the results of my efforts."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Yes, I suggest always be persistent. It will payoff in the long run. There is something to be said for those who persevere."
What don't you like about working at Premier Automotive Group?
"The benefits are not that great. I have a domestic partner and I would really like to have benefits for him as well."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Always lead by a coach-to-grow model for employee development. Employees will learn faster and perform better under those set of circumstances."

What do you like about working at MGM Resorts?
"I loved the hardworking people, awesome brands, always changing environment, and terrific relationships I built over the years at MGM Resorts International. I miss so many old friends."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Think about it hard, and network with employees there before applying."
What don't you like about working at MGM Resorts?
"I didn't like the politics at corporate. Benefits were very poor unless you've been there 10 years and/or have a VP or above title. Out of respect I will decline to say more."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Without addressing your own management issues, your resource issues will never be solved."
