"Stop knee-jerk layoffs. Properly evaluate staff and divisions and see potential for reassignment. Many of the people you laid off were totally committed to you and had desirable skills to keep."

"Hard to balance professional and personal, although I believe my work ethic is to blame more than Est Est was."

"I was a huge proponent of builing a postive work enviroment and a team atmosphere, since I am no longer there, they have put back up the wall and really hurt the moral. No company with be successful and get the most out of their employees if they do not keep communication open and moral positive."
